With our Speedy Pass you can shorten your waiting time at the rides and sets in the park! With the given ticket, the access is then provided via the corresponding signposted Speedy Pass entrances. So you don't have to stand in the regular queue anymore. This saves valuable time for shows, meet & greets and hollywood action!
Important
Please choose only one kind of Speedy Passes within one order/email address for your visit day! A mixture of different Speedys (e.g. Bronze & Gold) on one visit day is unfortunately not possible! Children under 1.10m do not need their own Speedy Pass and can be taken on the attractions approved for them free of charge (1 child per adult with a Speedy Pass).

Simply book your next desired attraction via your Mobilteleton and you can use the special Speedy Pass entrance at the indicated time or afterwards. (Only one attraction can be booked at a time, the indicated entrance time is then only about 5% of the actual waiting time without Speedy Pass)

That's how it works!
Go to this link and log in with the same e-mail address you used for the purchase. You will then need to create a password.
After logging in, you will find the Speedy Passes you have purchased. You must activate them on the day of your visit.
Select the attraction from the list for which you would like to reserve access.
As soon as the counter reaches zero and turns green, you can go to the Speedy Pass entrance. You can now have the QR code scanned by our crew member.
As soon as the code is confirmed, your adventure begins!
After the ride, you can select the next attraction.

Can I queue for several attractions at the same time?
No. To book another attraction, you must first make use of the current reservation.

What happens when my smartphone battery runs out?
You can also use your Speedy Pass from another smartphone. Simply log in with the user data you have provided. Alternatively, PLUGO stations are available at various points in the park where you can borrow a power bank.

How many people can use the Speedy Pass?
Each user can manage up to 10 Speedy Passes. If you need more passes, a companion can also buy Speedy Passes.
