In the FAQs section (Frequently asked questions) we answer your open questions about the Halloween Horror Festival
In order to be able to distinguish you from our actors at all times, you are not allowed to wear your own costumes or scary make-up.
Filming and photography in the horror houses and in the show “Madhouse - Insanity Lives Here” is strictly prohibited. This also applies to all rides. The park rules apply.
The children's Halloween takes place during the NRW vacations and on all Halloween event days from 12:00 - 17:00. You can find the attractions in nickelodeon LAND.
Scarebuttons are available in the Happy End (Creepy Horror Store). The store is located on Horrorwood Boulevard.
Strobe effects and flickering light sequences are sometimes used in the attractions, rides and shows. Certain sequences may have negative effects on light-sensitive visitors or guests suffering from epilepsy. Furthermore, the horror houses are not suitable for pregnant women, asthmatics, people with sensitive psyche and cardiovascular problems.
Our horror houses contain dark rooms, narrow corridors and obstacles that must be negotiated.
The Slaughterhouse, Secrets of St. Elmo - Last Hunt and Circus of Freaks are barrier-free. The show “UNHALLOWED - THE FREAK SHOW STRAIGHT OUT OF HELL” is also barrier-free.
Please note that electric wheelchairs may require more space. Please speak to our staff on site.
The group size depends on the operational conditions and can vary from attraction to attraction. The average group size is 8-10 people per ride.
Tickets for the horror houses and shows are available here.
For a stress-free and relaxed Halloween experience, we recommend visiting a maximum of 4 horror attractions per evening. Please be aware of the distances and waiting times to and from other attractions in the park.
